A flexible market system for a gorgeous cheese farm.

This Toronto cheese farm travels to farmers’ markets and festivals with its delicious products, so their booths needed to be just as adaptable as the events they attend.

I developed a modular system of easily extendable booth combinations that could be quickly assembled in different configurations depending on the location and the products being served. Each setup had to accommodate all the necessary appliances, storage and workspaces for preparing and serving different foods, while still looking cohesive and recognisable.

A practical system designed to travel, adapt and work hard — without losing its charm.
